Battery case, or also called battery housing is a total envelop for battery pack. It contains all internal parts, including cells, pipelines, cooling plates, wires & connectors and others. Battery case is mechanically strong to shield external shocks and vibrations, and also reach up to protection of IP67. Thus battery cells inside could operate in a safeguarded environment.

Battery case can be divided into top cover, lower case, cooling parts, and under cover. All the mentioned components above can be produced by XD Thermal in-house.
